Congregation Mishkan Israel Religious School Family Fun Day & Open House

CMI members and our greater New Haven community are welcome to experience our Religious School and learn more about our special 185-year-old Reform congregation on Sunday September 22, 2024 from 9:30am to 1:00pm. Join us as we begin with a half-hour family T’filah service led by our new Rabbi Daniel Schaefer and our Religious School Director, Michelle Goldstein. Children are then invited to experience an hour of age-appropriate classroom activities before heading to our large social hall at 11am for the Family Fun Day! There will be arts & crafts, a bounce house and a pizza and ice cream lunch. Prior to the Fun Day activities, parents and other adult visitors can enjoy bagels/coffee and conversations with CMI lay leaders about the unique array of educational, spiritual and social justice programs that make CMI so special.
