Join us in person for Friday night Shabbat services with Rabbi Ross and Cantor Giglio. Services begin at 6:00pm. We hope that you can join our community at 5:30pm for a pre-oneg before services. See you there!
Two dozen CMI members, including our Confronting Racism group, joined Rabbi Ross to take a Jewish lens to the historic sites of the 1960's struggle to establish civil rights. The service will include reflections on the visit to Atlanta, Selma, Birmingham and Montgomery and words from Scott Freid, the tour educator. This will be Rabbi Ross' final CMI Shabbat service. The Torah portion is Sh'lach L'cha.
Rabbi Ross will deliver a d’var Torah and we will have an opportunity to say the mi shebeirach, read the kaddish list, and recite the mourner’s kaddish. If you wish to add additional names to the mi shebeirach or kaddish list, please email Sarah Legassey by 12pm on Friday.
