The Nominating Committee is engaged in an intentional search for lay leaders from all ages and diverse backgrounds with expertise, passion, and resources to ensure our synagogue’s effectiveness.
Priority areas include:
Membership – Welcome & engage new and existing members in synagogue life throughout the life cycle
Development – Foster a Culture of Philanthropy at CMI
Stewardship of CMI Resources – Finances, our beautiful Building & Grounds, and our Cemetery
Youth & Family Engagement & Education – Religious School and Lifelong Learning
Mishkan Israel Nursery School & Child Care – Current and future growth
Ritual – Worship and celebration of festivals
