Virtual Open Meeting of the Congregation to elicit nomination recommendations for members of the Board of Trustees.

The Nominating Committee is engaged in an intentional search for lay leaders from all ages and diverse backgrounds with expertise, passion, and resources to ensure our synagogue’s effectiveness.

Priority areas include:

• Membership – Welcome & engage new and existing members in synagogue life throughout the life cycle

• Development – Foster a Culture of Philanthropy at CMI

• Stewardship of CMI Resources – Finances, our beautiful Building & Grounds, and our Cemetery

• Youth & Family Engagement & Education – Religious School and Lifelong Learning

• Mishkan Israel Nursery School & Child Care – Current and future growth

• Ritual – Worship and celebration of festivals
