This year Cantor G. brings Broadway to CMI Our performers include Michael Bernardi who starred as Tevye in the Broadway production of Fidder on the Roof. Our other headliner is Cantor Deborah Jacobson an amazing, dynamic, and wonderful performer who always brings audiences to their feet. And our second Cantor is going to be our one and only Cantor G.

This past Sunday, March 3, over 100 congregants welcomed Rabbi Daniel Schaefer home to CMI! Rabbi Schaefer addressed the Special Congregational Meeting before they voted to affirm the Board's decision to hire him - and the vote was unanimous!
On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Congregation Mishkan IsraeI, I am delighted to share with you that Rabbi Daniel Schaefer has accepted our offer to be the next spiritual leader of CMI starting July 1.
