Sunday Morning Yoga

Yoga in the morning? What a great way to start your Sundays. Yoga is a wonderful way to become physically, mentally, and emotionally more balanced and this multi-level yoga class will get you moving, twisting, and balancing your way to a healthier you. All levels welcome, but please be prepared to sweat. Cost is $10. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel to class.
